Unable to open input window in REPL

Problem

It seems to me that the input bar has somehow disappeared (2024.1.4, 1.14.0-eap1-2024.1). I've been looking around the setting, but I couldn't find anything. What might be going wrong? (I use it mostly to evaluate *e, but I guess I can also create a shortcut for that)

In this Slack thread, it was discovered that one needs to close the window below the REPL window, in order to drag up the input box. Demo here.

Possible solutions It would be nice to have a more ergonomic solution to reopening a closed input box. For example, a button to reopen it or a wider bar to grab onto.
