Rename function dialog doesn't prefill the existing name

I don't remember exactly what the UI was previously, but now it shows this when renaming a function

When I want to rename a file by a character, I need to first retype/copy the name. It would be good if the form was pre-filled with the name of the function, or perhaps change back to the old form if possible?
