Locks FPS to 70 on Linux

Heya, i'm completely new to linux so apologies if i don't understand every terminology.

While using this my fps goes from 240 ish down to 70. I've tried a couple of different proton versions but it seems to stay the same, i've also attached a log if that's somewhat helpful at all
