Normally caused if you havent done the veri thing on nexon client

That's the problem really. I can login just fine with the nexon launcher but this just won't work. Verification was already done.

it needs to be done again, kanan launcher doesn't do it on it's own.

login to nexon website, go to account security settings and remove all devices, log out of nexon launcher then log back in and check remember this device (it may send an email), then try kanan launcher again.
