Sure, that sounds great! Maybe the flights data could be moved into a directory all its own, with various subsets there and the addition of the lineage you mentioned into...

IMO the client-side post filtering works well enough. It would be great, though, if the thumbnail inclusion flag could be part of the URL, so that you could share links...
