Add a "waiting for your input" notification on a short time delay

People new to IF may not be aware what to do at the start of an game, especially if there is no cursor, so add a notification if they do nothing for a short time.

I'll have to save some words here....

The worst bit is if you are unfamiliar with IF you get dumped on a page that requires a scroll to get to the 'Go North' bit
