How to remove false positive?

Anybody please explain how to remove false positive url from the list?

• report to upstream (ban outside curbengh files)
• fork list on GitLab/GitHub (if no possible disable ban in outside source)
• if specific URI/URL are blocked possible use file with block only domain instead cover paths to possible malware/phishing/scam. These list have option to exclude hard FP for banish domain.
