Restore hooks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Particularly when backing up databases or the like one uses hooks pre-backup to dump the database. When restoring the database needs to be recreated. Running the required commands automatically through autorestic is not possible yet.

Similar issues arise in full-system automated backup. There is always some configuration not stored on the filesystems that needs to be restored when doing a full recovery.

Describe the solution you'd like Analogously to backup hooks, restore hooks should allow custom scripts to be run pre- and post-restore.

We just had the same use-case with my organization yesterday. Maybe interested to work on this in the future
