无法对工具栏进行排序、组织二级工具栏

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.重启进入软件后才可以进入Editing Toolbar编辑拖动命令项，但是只能拖动一次，之后类似卡死，无法再拖动 2.对命令项的排序、组织二级工具栏操作无效，编辑界面的命令依然无变化

Loptop:

  • Device: [windows]
  • Obsidian Version [v1.2.8]
  • Obsidian Editing Toolbar Version [v2.3.1]

好像只能同级拖动，可以考虑手动添加

不能跨级拖动，也就是说二级工具栏的项目如果想拖动到外部，是不可行的，算法缺陷。

同样的问题，不光是往外拖，是设立一个二级栏后往里拖也会卡死
