chore: correct spelling of "GitHub"

Why

In various documentation sometimes GitHub is spelt incorrectly without the capital "H". Acknowledging that it is a common misspelling 💛!

The correct spelling can be cross-referenced in this page's footer:

Please note that I do not work for Culture Amp and just happened to be hunting through the source code. I have read your excellent Contribution document and thought that opening this PR should be OK.

What

Rename occurrences of "Github" to the correct spelling "GitHub".
