bob~ filter doesn't load

I think the bob~ filter object doesn't work in PdWebParty at all. vcf~ works fine, so might not be worth fixing, but might be worth being aware of just because it's part of the standard vanilla distribution now. I would suggest "fixing" this by just listing it as an unsupported object :)

@yannseznec Thank you for reporting this. [bob~] should be supported and work since it works fine in the Purr Data Web app but I might have done something wrong when recompiling for PdWebParty. I will check this out later.
