Need documentation on exporting data via Shapefile

We need documentation in README.md for how a user can export data as Shapefile from Dropchop.

@aaronr Did you add this feature originally? Care to add the details to the README.md? I remember that there were some oddities around it not working every time, would be good to get those written down.
