Notes:

I would like cue cmd --help to show the available cue commands, and not the authoring help. The list should be simple and concise.

I would expect cue help commands to include the extra help, as it does now.

Thanks for filing this bug! Just to be clear, you're suggesting two changes:

• cue cmd -h should show available commands from _tool.cue files, like cue help cmd
• cue cmd -h and cue help cmd should be much shorter, pointing to cue help commands as a longer help text about how to write custom commands

Ultimately, cue cmd -h and cue help cmd should be equivalent, so the fact that they are not (the first point above) is clearly a bug.
