playground: editing can be slow or hang the site

They play site tries to run cue on every keystroke. Most of the time this is invalid CUE as I write statements and causes the page to lag or become non-responsive.

Could we have a button to run rather than auto every keystroke? Maybe a toggle to enable auto mode if desired?

Thanks for raising @verdverm. Yes, could absolutely have a more manual "evaluate" button, equally we could debounce changes, and only process changes after a Xms delay.

@verdverm do you still experience slowness with the playground? It still evaluates at every keystroke, but I ask because in the past four years it's evolved quite a lot, and the CUE parser and evaluator are also significantly more efficient.

I myself haven't really noticed any slowness once the WASM has been loaded, but perhaps it depends on the machine and the complexity of the CUE being edited.
