Can you paste not screen shot the output from the configuration stage as well please, everything under >-- General configuration for OpenCV 4.10.0
CUDA 11.3 [does not support Visual Studio 2022](https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/archive/11.3.0/cuda-installation-guide-microsoft-windows/index.html#system-requirements). I suggest you upgrade to the latest version of the CUDA toolkit.
