"Toggle Comment" not shown in any menu

Hi,

the menu entity "Toggle Comment" is missing when I editing a .feature file with the cucumber editor. Is there a way to solve this or to toggle comment via shortcut?

I've tried in eclipse 2020-09 and eclipse 2018-12
