Port to Win7 / Win8 / WINE?

Only being available on Win10 is very limiting.

I don't have any plans to port other platforms right now. Because Flantter uses the Windows API called UWP and it is only able to use on devices that run Windows 10. So it is difficult to port to Windows 7 or 8.1.

If Microsoft port UWP API to other platforms (such as Linux, Android or iOS), I support it.
