Repeat last insertion with R key

Press 'R' to insert a new key with the same specification as the last inserted key (size and colour but not legend).

Not sure if this should be immediately to its right (for adding bottom row mods) or at the mouse cursor location.

I believe this should be the default behavior (ie: by pressing 1 or maybe N for 'New')

Pressing 1 gives you a 1 u key; it won't for example repeat the most recent modifier key. For example, you could size a 1.25 u mod, then press R twice for the next two.
