useTransition: false makes ios scroll faster but android scroll slow

iScroll-lite is working fine on web and android. but iOS scroll is very slow.

Referred the solution from https://github.com/cubiq/iscroll/issues/769

But using useTransition: false, android scroll is reacting after sometime and not immediately on scroll
