It's not bind touchEvent on windows 8 pad

It's not bind touchEvent on windows 8 pad (intel).IE 10 has not ontouchstart event.I found that navigator.userAgent is different deskTop:"Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.2; Trident/6.0; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; Tablet PC 2.0)", pad:"Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.2; Trident/6.0; Touch; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; Tablet PC 2.0; InfoPath.3)",I want to solve the problem in this way.Is there any othor solution?

If you use mouse in windows 8 pad (USB),It can excute mousemove event.But If you touch the screen mousedown and mouse up is OK,But It cann't excute mousemove event.I will try onmspointermove event.
