[twizzle] When alg is broken (red), click moves don't work

When the algorithm is broken, click moves don't work. It would be nice if they did work, and the moves get added to the algorithm window, with coalescing, even if the VCR buttons and scrubber don't do anything. With old twizzle this worked (but perhaps with a rather ugly way of getting it to work).
