Update stickering `<select>`

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://alpha.twizzle.net/edit/
  2. Change the puzzle to FTO
  3. The stickering <select> keeps the stickerings for 3x3x3.

Expected behavior The stickerings show the FTO stickerings until a refresh.
