MDX Source View and pFilter incompatibility in }bedrock.cube.view.create and it's dependents

Describe the bug Two similar bugs:

• pFilter being passed to }bedrock.cube.view.create as well as an existing MDX View as pView does not create a view.
• If a source view gets passed to }bedrock.cube.view.create it get's overwritten.

Version

• TM1 Server Version: [e.g. 12.4]
• I would guess the issue is also present on v11, but needs to be confirmed
