Question: Why you need to know real pDriverPath ?

Hi, So I am trying to understand the PoC, and all is clear except of the enumeration of pDriverPath. Why you should enumerate it and find the right path if you add a NEW printer ? the driver is not located on the printer itself ? Sorry for the dump question, just didn't found an answer in Google.
