Support query passthrough mode

Cube's caching layer and Cube Store are vital for the querying performance. We would like to introduce performance and memory optimizations in Cube Store for the passthrough mode (when there are no pre-aggregations in place and query bursts result in in-memory cache misses).

It's currently planned for December 2024.
