Support rolling window measures without date range

Cube supports rolling_window measures that enable a lot of non-trivial calculations such as period-over-period changes. Currently, it requires a query to have a timed dimension with a defined date range. We would like to lift that requirement and let such measures work even if the date range is not set.

It's currently planned for October 2024.
