Cuban project definition

Could you give a precise definition of what do you consider to be a cuban project? For example, a project with only cuban developers or being developed physically in Cuba? With this definition it should be easier to contribute to the list.

Great question! A Cuban project (I think) is started by Cubans, it doesn't matter the place. Open to debate...

I believe that a Cuban project is a solution to a problem or situation that can be resolved through a computer solution, no matter where the developers are from, or how many support the issue if they contribute to solving the problem.

So, any project? I don't think so... One of the ideas behind this project is to make Cuban developers to know each other. Our profession have been describe sometimes as lonely. I don't have to be like that when there is a community.

So, could it be an open source project started by a cuban developer or a group of cuban developers? And emphasis could be made in those projects that directly solve problems of the cuban society like, for example, NautaClear.

Hola @oscarlvp En mi opinión esta lista puede recoger todos los proyectos opersource que se definan a sí mismo cubano y quieran ser reconocido como tal, no importa el dónde ni el quién.

Hola @PhaserEditor2D me parece que ese criterio puede usarse también. Lo que busco con la pregunta es llegar a una definición precisa para todo el que quiera aportar nuevos elementos a la lista.
