The generated app is not running on real smartphone

STR: follow the official guide and generate an empty application.

Run it using expo start

Attach the smartphone with expo application installed (v. 2.18.4).

Scan QR code with the expo application

ER: The application starts on the smartphone

AR: Te application is not started, error screen below:
