Reference field in filter are not sorted by alphabetical order on CUBA 7

Environment

• Platform version: 7.2.*

Description of the bug or enhancement

• Minimal reproducible example

• Create Security Groups with names: A,B
• Open User list
• Create filter by Group

• Expected behavior Groups should be sorted by alphabetical order. The order behavior broke on CUBA 7 (after filter to DataLoader migration), but works on CUBA 6
• Actual behavior Groups are not sorted by alphabetical order
