Need to add dataSource.port value to app.properties

Need to addcuba.dataSource.port=9010 to app.properties for current project and forks to avoid connection error:

HSQLDB connection error
java.sql.SQLTransientConnectionException: connection exception: connection failure: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
