The script editing window for the BPM script task does not open if it was closed by clicking outside the window

Description of the bug or enhancement

• Minimal reproducible example

1. Create a new BPM Process model
2. Add Script Task from the Activities group to the workspace
3. Select added Script Task
4. Open the script editing window
5. Сlick outside the bounds of the script editing window
6. Try open edit Script window

• Expected behavior Script editing window has opened
• Actual behavior Nothing happened
