Binance Orders on the exchange don't match orders in the Console or UI

Please see screenshot for details. I have observed that the Bot (trading bot) places orders on Binance but does not show the correct information or quantity about them in the console or the UI.

In the example we have 4 orders opened by the bot (which will be refreshed if I manually delete them) but the console shows only 1.

let me run binance with BTC/USDT to see if i can reproduce this (zombie orders are rarely expected, and if happens is supposed for the given order to be canceled after 10 seconds because no reply last longer than 10 seconds)
