Currently we have no idea because flutter doesn't have a plugin that can access system keychain.
The code in master branch is not fully tested. Maybe switch to latest pub version will work?

because shared gpu memory is not the real memory that is connected to gpu chip
The issue still exist with latest master (ecf6b7). The program failed to load model due to the failure while creating vk pipeline for matmul_q4_k_f32_l.
