Added auto title HTML decoder

As per https://github.com/ctrlcctrlv/infinity/issues/518 This should automatically be done by PHP, but for now, here's a dirty fix. I didn't add it as an additional_javascript yet, as I still have my Advanced Download All PR up, which also edits instance_config.php.
