i can't build this file, i run the boards.php it work, but i can't find boards.html

You need to describe your problem more than just "I can't find it". We don't know what your dev environment is like. What OS are you using? Is there an error you are getting? (any error would be a start) Have you grabbed the most recent commits? (up to date with the master branch) Etc. The more info provided, the better we can help you fix the problem. Also, I suggest starting a thread on http://8chan.co/8code/ as to avoid cluttering up the issues page.
