Feature or bug: annotations don't change with config file after already run

My model annotations started on the top, and then I changed the config file for them to go on the bottom.

Repeated calls to annotate didn't change the annotation position. Only after removing the annotations manually and then re-running the annotation command did the annotations move to the bottom.

Is this the intended functionality? If so, perhaps you can mention it in the docs. Wasted some time here...

Personally, I wouldn't recommend this as default behavior...
