ctmmweb not available

Hi everyone,

I am having issues while trying to install ctmmweb package. It seems to have something to do (at least, partly) with the fact that "rgeos" is not available anymore. The code is the one provided here: https://ctmm-initiative.github.io/ctmmwebdoc/

And this is the error/warning message:
