Add Serverless Rust YouTube playlist

A YouTube playlist I have created, and am actively still contributing to, talking through how to build backend applications with Rust using serverless technologies. Rust is an excellent fit for building serverless applications, with it's low resource overhead and fast startup speed and I think the 2 technologies fit perfectly for building more sustainable systems. The content is AWS focused at the moment, but may extend to other providers/backend types in the future.
