Default Yaml parser fails silently and partially

The default Yaml parser provided by Zend_Config_Yaml fails silently and partially, meaning that it can simply omit some of the data if it has syntax errors.

Needless to say this should be address. Invalid Yaml should be allowed to be used for configuration.
