Strange error with big size data

I'm zipping an excel file with 3 sheets. If I zip just 2 sheets (any combination) or put a limit of rows, it works. Also, without zipping, I'm able to open the file. But if I download the zip with whole excel, I am not able to unzip. It says no such file or directory
