CTF Approval Process???

There needs to be a status on the process or some kind of documentation explaining length of time and what to have prior so CTF approval goes as planned. Vague prompts like "CTF description, all the required info, don't forget to write about your sponsors ;)" makes event planner curious if a step had been missed and seeing makes it seem as it was rejected. Events Approved 0 False

I have made another Event cause I am uncertain of what the event status is. At https://www.majorleaguecyber.org/ I did not have this problem.
