Wrong Team crediting

I understand that the competition SEETF 2022 has ended 3 months ago, but I would like to raise an issue on team merger. "https://ctftime.org/event/1543"

In June, during the competition, my team registered for SEETF 2022 under the team name "SegFault". None of us had a CTFTime account and were unaware that another team would automatically be credited for our efforts. The organizers of this event are aware of this issue, you may contact them for verification. They understand this is a query under ticket-0117 in their Discord channel. Please assist in crediting the ranking to us, and not to some prior existing team that happens to have the same team name. My CTFTime account is "sl33pyrapt0r".
