Improving Contributions to CTF Time

CTF Time is such a pivotal site to the CTF/Cybersecurity community globally. Yet, there always seems to be not enough support to help fix bugs, improve features, etc. for the site. I was wondering if there is any potential discussion to make CTF Time an open source project or to implement some sort of infrastructure to help improve the ability to maintain. Wanted to put this idea out there to see if this is a possibility.
