Unable to join team with invitation code.

Hi, I am unable to join thehackerscrew CTF team with the invite link the provided and also manually searching the team and inviting myself to it. In the Join existing team Section
I either get the message sometimes: "Specified invalid captcha, team does not exist or invite_only" Or most of the time I get: "Your membership request was sent to team "thehackerscrew", everything will be ok soon if you are the first"

However I have not shown that I am in the team and the owner of thehackerscrew also has not received my invite.

What is the issue? How can this be resolved?

Is it possible for you to fix the issue I an having or allow me to join the team?

How old is you invite token?

It was 7 days but I tried it immediately. And it gave me that green message but apparently the leader of the team never received the team membership request.

I'll show you the token now, it's probably expired now:

"Dear, K4Fr you were invited to join the team "thehackerscrew" at ctftime.org here is your invite code thehackerscrew:1mPo8T:701Q8n2lQWCcvAg-mj5WF18QC0Q - it is valid for 7 days."

Is the email the admin sent me.and I past the whole string in the join team box and clicked send. Multiple times I tried too and nothing happend.
