The readme does not currently document how to publish to or otherwise use the caesium-based crate registry.

You publish to caesium using cargo, see alternative registry rfc for details. You will need to use nightly cargo to do it though I am afraid.

No links, no examples. How did you test caesium ? Is there hard to describe two three commands in code block ?
