BUG: Dragging an Actor from the Actor Tab by its Portrait causes the module to ask to create a new token

Not sure why, but when you drag an actor from the actor's tab into a scene, but initially drag it by the actor's portrait image instead of the actor's name, it treats it like you're dragging over an image from off Foundry, and asks "What type should this actor be created as?" and offers the character/npc/vehicle/group/actorless options.

I don't remember ever having this happen before, so either I've always grabbed by the name and have never messed this up in 2 years, or the latest DnD5e changes messed something up. Not sure, but probably worth checking out!

I'm getting this error as well, but I'm using the PF2e settings. Looks like this has been an ongoing issue for a long while now based on this issue #34
