Control stops intermittently

Hi, hope i can get some help. the issue is that when im playing certain games, specifically Honkai Impact, the inputs stop working intermittently, i dont think is an issue with the game just for the fact that i used to have an xbox controller before, and never had that problem, but when i started to use Xoutput i have this issue, if theres anything that could be causing this that i can know to solve it, i would appreciate it a lot.
