Lags/Stutters bluetooth mouse

Not sure of hardware issue, or software bluetooth issue, but occassionally when I have XOutput application running (even when I have no controllers on), my bluetooth mouse would stutter or lag.

Can confirm XOutput is causing the mouse/cursor lag because when I close it, my mouse works perfectly fine again.
