No longer detecting any input for configuring or using

I've tried using Xoutput again as it was a tool I used to input phone controls & sensors into animation software via Monect PC controller & Xoutput. However I can no longer get Xoutput to recognise any inputs. The Monect side of things works and I can see the input responces in the "Controller (xBox 360 for windows)" settings, but nothing is being recognised in Xoutput, controller is added, in "edit" there is no response showing on the Xinput panel or in the configure window when attemping to do that.

Is this a known issue or has something changed? I haven't attempted this since 2020 so I'm unsure what could have changed to cause it.
