FGT rumble 3in1 crashes when Force feedback is activated

Hi All

thanks for having created this fantastic tool that enables me to use the Thrustmaster FGT rumble 3in1 wheel on forza 5

unfortunately, despite the wheel is force feedback capable, Xoutput crashes when I activate then start the controler

any ideas on how to solve it ?
